O Dr. Jean Jacques Outeiral é responsável pelas contratações de outros Juízes Arbitrais que formarão a Equipe no decorrer do Processo caso haja necessidade.
Esta Equipe de no mínimo três Juízes Arbitrais (quando necessário) é que deliberará e analizará junto as partes para as decisões mais importantes e administrará o Conflito e a resolução deste, seja por Mediação ou por Processo propriamente dito.

Dr. Jean Jacques Outeiral is responsible for the hiring of other Arbitral Judges who will form the Team in the course of the Process if necessary.
This Team of at least three Arbitral Judges (when necessary) will deliberate and analyze the parties for the most important decisions and will administer the Conflict and resolution thereof, either by Mediation or by Process itself.
